Yes, all our export models are fully CE certified for the European market and can be configured with UL-listed electrical components for North American customers.

2. How do you handle after-sales service and technical support abroad?

We provide 24/7 remote technical support via video conferencing. For hardware issues, we provide a 12-month warranty and can provide repair parts free of charge via DHL/FedEx, typically arriving within 3-7 business days.

3. What is the shipping process and how is the machine protected against corrosion?

We use vacuum-sealed moisture-proof packaging and VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) coatings. Machines are secured in reinforced steel frames within the container to prevent any shifts during transit, ensuring they arrive ‘plug-and-play’ ready.

4. Can the machine be customized for specific voltage and power requirements?

Absolutely. We can customize the internal electrical cabinet to match your local grid requirements (e.g., 220V, 440V, or 480V at 60Hz). Please specify your facility’s voltage at the time of quoting.

5. Can you provide a factory acceptance test (FAT) remotely?

Absolutely. We offer Live Video Inspections where we perform laser interferometer testing and ball-bar tests in real-time. We also provide a comprehensive test report and a video of the machine processing your specific sample part before dispatch.
